Candidate for Treasurer

The experiences I have with the URA-AFT are being involved since the unit was certified as a union. I was on the original bargaining team and subsequently elected to a 2 year term as an Executive Board member. During that two year term I was elected to the position of treasurer. I served as a member of the By-laws committee.
What goals would you like to accomplish in the next three years?
I would like to see the organization continue to be financially stable and I would like to monitor that process.
What skills or qualifications do you bring to the position?
I hold a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Caldwell College and I am pursuing a Masters Degree in Labor and Employment Relations at Rutgers. I had been a PTA Treasurer in 2 schools and also the treasurer of the Italian American Club of Middlesex County. I would like to continue as treasurer as I bring my experience and work ethic to this position.
