What experience do you have with URA-AFT:< br> Executive Board, past member of the negation team, Chairperson Leglislative Committee, Steward, Phone Bank Coordinator, attended steward training, legislative, financial workshops, and represented URA-AFT at Board of Governor meetings, in Trenton and at events/rallies.

What goals would you like to accomplish in the next three years?< br> Ensure respect, economic/job security, a safe non-hostile work environment, see membership increase and grievances decrease, have management honor/respect our contract and seen as a partner in the process.

Personal goals would include:< br> URA-AFT recognized as the gold standard to follow, continue to find innovative ways to work with management; graduate from the Rutgers Union Leadership Academy.

What skills or qualifications do you bring to the position?< br> Critical thinking, budget/office management, employed 30 years, and as a Steward I've been able to interact with our members and know the challenges we face. As URA-AFT Executive Board member and Legislative Chairwomen I've interacted with legislatures on issues that effect our members. With a Masters in Social Work, RU, nominated twice for the Presidents Award for advocacy, Second VP for the University College, NB Alumni Association, volunteer in my community, and soon to graduate from the Union Leadership Academy, I believe, provides me with the tools/skills necessary in representing you as a member of your Executive Board, and I am asking for your support/vote on November ninth.
